Lighting work ranges from swapping out a single fixture to laying out the lighting plan for a whole renovated room. We do interior fixture installs (recessed cans, pendants, under-cabinet, chandeliers), exterior installs (security lights, landscape lighting circuits, soffit and porch fixtures), and full retrofits of older fluorescent or incandescent systems to LED.
On retrofits, the energy savings usually pay for the work in a few years — and the lighting quality from modern LEDs is genuinely better than the dim, warm-up-required CFLs they replaced. We'll spec dimmable, color-tunable fixtures where it makes sense.
