McMillen Electrical Solutions, LLC (“we”) operates this website at mcmillenelectrical.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the site, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your rights over your data. We’ve done our best to write this in plain English.
What we collect
The only personal information we collect is what you give us when you submit our contact / quote-request form. That includes:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The service you’re asking about and the project details you describe
- Optional context you choose to provide (preferred contact method, property type, anything else)
We don’t set advertising cookies, run third-party tracking scripts, or sell information to anyone. We do use Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic, privacy-respecting traffic statistics — it doesn’t use cookies or personally identify visitors.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit through the contact form for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and follow up about the electrical work you’re asking about. That’s it. We don’t put you on a marketing list, send newsletters, or share your information with third parties for their own use.
Who handles your information
When you submit the form, your message is sent through Resend, a transactional email service that we use to deliver notifications to our inbox. Your message is also stored in the inbox at [email protected] (Google Workspace / Gmail), where it’s subject to Google’s standard email retention and security.
We host the website itself on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type, request timing) for security and performance purposes — standard for any website host.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form messages as long as they’re useful for following up on your inquiry and for our records of work performed for you. If you’d like us to delete your information, just email us — see “Your rights” below.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we have about you
- Correct anything that’s wrong
- Delete your information from our records
Email [email protected] with your request and we’ll handle it as quickly as we reasonably can.
Children's privacy
This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information through our form, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Material changes won’t apply retroactively to information collected under a prior version of the policy.
